PDS Health University

Our internal program, PDS Health University, offers learning and development courses ranging from business topics to assist with daily operations to developing current and future leaders in our organization.

Continuing Education

We offer free continuing education opportunities to our dental clinicians, whether for maintaining their license or to gaining new expertise in areas of interest. There are over 600 hours of free CE opportunities to choose from through the PDS Health University.

Tuition Reimbursement
and Professional Development Assistance

If the development plan you create with your manager includes pursuing an advanced degree or a professional course outside the organization, we help pay for it.

College Advancement Program

We see investing in your growth and development as an investment in the future of our company. Eligible team members can use our College Advancement Program and pursue a bachelor’s degree with ASU online—and we cover 100% of the tuition.
