What the Orthodontist Does
You focus on providing the highest-quality dental care while leading the Orthodontist assistant team. You'll see on average 60 patients each day, and build a rapport with each one, as well as create a strong relationship with the general practitioners, who you'll educate on orthodontic referral language. You'll be a face in the community and will regularly attend marketing events.
What We're Looking for
We are looking for supported Orthodontists who are skilled clinicians and excellent communicators. Being personable is a highly desirable prize. You must be able to connect with patients and build lasting relationships. In our environment, we welcome individuals who have the ability to run their practice as if they were owners and who possess a strong leadership mindset.
What's in it for You
Since our front-office staff manages all the non-clinical aspects, including patient schedules and payment options, all you have to do is focus on treatment planning and patient care. PDS and its supported offices also offer excellent compensation that includes a daily guarantee or a percentage of production
